With an impressive sixth-place at the World Championships in Hyères, the GYC Racing Team member and kitesurfer Elena Lengwiler, secured her ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympics, with sailing events to be held in the waters of Marseille.
This achievement marks the sixth Olympic Games in 20 years where the GYC has been represented by its members. Since 2004, athletes have competed in one to three disciplines at the Olympic sailing competitions.
